Stop, Breathe, & Think – Free, can upgrade to paid plan. Their goal is to create a more deliberate, intentional experience. Teaches meditation principles and some of the neuroscience and physiology behind it.
10% Happier – Free – are you a skeptic? Then this app is for you. Their tag line is – a relatable, no-nonsense way to learn mindfulness for people whose goals veer more toward sharpening their brains than befriending their souls.
Omvana – Contains one of the largest collections of meditation sessions available. Perfect if you enjoy customizing and personally tailoring your sessions to fit your needs and wants.
Aura – Free – personalizes meditation experience. Asks you a series of questions and creates a three-minute mindfulness meditation based on your answers. Also compatible with Apple Watch.

Brain.FM – designed to declutter your mind with various sounds. Can track progress and shows data on productivity, focus, and hindsight.
